Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed the same day during working hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered during holidays. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping within Canada is Free of Charges Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note: Orders are processed the same day during working hours. Delivery is usually next working day and maximum within 1 – 3 working days (provided the correct address is provided and someone is available to receive the order)
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders shipped to Canada are inclusive of taxes (VAT).
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
