ENERGIE POWER SOLUTIONS LTD has a return policy to protect you when the product you receive is not up to your standards.
A) I received a defective/damaged item, what do I do?
In case the product received by the consumer is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred. Contact support at support@energiecarchargers.ca to arrange a refund.
B) I received a wrong item; how can I exchange it?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is not the item on the receipt, you can return/exchange the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or adjust the price for an exchange and have the correct item shipped to you directly. Contact support at support@energiecarchargers.ca to arrange a refund/exchange.
C) I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?
Before the order is shipped out, email customer support to cancel your order. A refund will be processed along with shipping fees applied to the same method of payment which will reflect in your account within 7-14 business days. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 30 days to return it, with the below terms and condition applied:
The return is in accordance with ENERGIE POWER SOLUTIONS LTD’s returns policy
The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box)

D) I made a transaction via credit card. How can I receive a refund?
In the case of a cancelled order before shipping, the amount will be refunded back to the associated account automatically. This will be reflected on your account within 7-14 business days.
For delivered products, ENERGIE POWER SOLUTIONS LTD’s return policy and post inspection will determine whether you qualify for a refund or exchange (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees). Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your payment method associated account. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account statement.
